We know it sucks and we are really  sorry. But, once the product has been shipped to your location it cannot be cancelled. On the brighter side, you can cancel before it gets shipped. However, if it's your own design they cannot be cancelled after they have been printed.

As of right now, we are trying to grow up so, we do not offer gift cards. But, we will be providing gift cards and promotion codes once we settle down.

You can use any means of payment except check. You can pay us by cash if you visit us at our store.
